摘 要:目的 探索不同产区砂仁的鉴别方法。方法 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)测定不同产区砂仁的红外光谱,应用导数光谱对图谱进行转换处理,对比寻求不同产区砂仁的特征差异吸收。结果 不同产区砂仁的红外光谱无明显差异,但经四阶导数光谱变化后于600~750 cm-1、1300~1400cm-1波数处出现明显的特征差异吸收峰,在1000~1300cm-1、1400~1500cm-1、2800~3000cm-1及3500~3800cm-1的波数范围内出现了差异峰。结论 不同产区砂仁的傅里叶变换红外光谱经过导数光谱处理后可出现明显的差异特征,应用该方法能较好地鉴别区分不同产区的砂仁样品。Objective To explore the identification methods of Amomum produced from different regions. Methods Utilize FTIR to determine the IR spectra of Amomum produced from different regions, and switch and analyze them by derivative spectra, then compare them in order to find out the characteristic differences in absorption. Results There is no significant difference among the IR spectra of Amomum produced from different regions, but they appear apparent characteristic differences at 600 - 750 cm -1, 1300 -1400cm-1 in absorption in the fourth derivative spectral and appear differences at 1000 ~ 1300cm-1,1400 ~ 1500em-1, 2800- 3000cm -1 and 3500 -3800cm-t. Conclusion There is an obvious difference among the FTIR spectra of Amomum pro- duced from different regions. We can definitely identify the different Amomum produced from different regions by the method.
