摘　　要：目的建立河南产连翘的HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为235nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求,测定了不同采收期、不同部位及不同产地连翘的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了20个共有峰。结论该方法专属性强、准确可靠,可从整体上反映连翘质量,有助于道地药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Henan Forsythiae Fructus. Methods The samples were analyzed by RP -HPLC with an Agilent ZORBAX SB -C18 column（4.6ram × 250mm,5 μm） , gradiently eluted with the mixture of methanol and water at 30℃, and monitored with UV detector at 235nm, and sample volume injected was 10μl. Results The result was in ac- cordance with the technical requirement of fingerprint spectrum. The HPLC fingerprints of different harvest period, different posi- tions and different origin of Forsythiae Fructus were determined and showed 20 common peaks. Conclusion This method is specif- ic, accurate and reliable, which can feflect the quality of Forsythiae Fructus on the whole and control quality.
