四物汤配方颗粒汤剂治疗血虚证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四物汤配方颗粒汤剂治疗血虚证的临床疗效,比较其与传统汤剂的疗效。方法血虚证患者61例,将其随机分为2组。治疗组32例采用四物汤配方颗粒治疗,对照组29例采用四物汤汤剂治疗。观察治疗前后患者临床证候积分,判断其临床疗效。结果治疗组的有效率为96.88%,对照组的有效率为96.55%,治疗组与对照组临床疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论四物汤配方颗粒治疗血虚证有确切临床疗效,且与传统中药饮片汤剂疗效相当,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Siwu Decoction dispensing granule decoction for blood deficiency and compare the therapeutic efficacy between the dispensing granule decoction and traditional slice decoction. Methods 61 blood deficiency patients were randomly divided into 2 groups 32 cases were treated with the granule as the experimental group ,29 cases were treated with the traditional slice decoction as the control group for the research. The integral of clinical symptoms and the therapeutic efficacy were both observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.88% in treatment group and 96.55% in control group, respective. The clinical effects of the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） , they are equal. Conclusion Siwu Decoction dispensing granule decoction has good effect for the treatment of blood deficiency and equal effect with traditional decoction of crude drugs, it is worth promoting the application.
