摘 要:目的 测定青海四个不同产地沙枣树花、茎和叶片中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Cu、Fe、Zn微量元素含量,为其资源综合开发利用提供一定的科学依据。方法 微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定。结果 青海沙枣树的花、茎和叶片富含微量元素,不同部位有差异,不同地区差异小。方法的加样回收率为98.2%~106.4%,RSD(n=6)为0.00%~2.46%。结论 该方法准确、简单。Objective To establish a method for determination Na, Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn trace elements in different parts and regions of Qinghai Elaeagnus angustifolia L and provide some theoretical basis for elucidating pharmacological and others function. Methods The samples were digested by the microwave digestion. The contents of trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The flowers, stems and leaves of Qinghai Elaeagnus angustifolia L. both contain many trace elements. There are differences between different parts and small differences in different regions . The results showed that the average recovery rate of the eight trace elements was 98.2% - 106.4% ,the relative standard deviation ( n = 6 ) was 0.00% - 2.46%. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple.
