摘　　要：利用各种色谱技术从传统中药赤芝中分离得到9个化合物,结合波谱学方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别为:Chizhiol A(1)、吲哚-3-甲醛(2)、2-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(3)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(4)、灵芝酮A(5)、methyl lucidenate C(6)、赤芝酸A(7)、methyl lucideniate E2(8)和喜树碱(9)。其中化合物1是新化合物,化合物2和3系首次从赤芝中获得。Nine compounds including one new meroterpenoid,termed chizhiol A,were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. Their structures were identified as chizhiol A（1）,indole-3-carboxaldehyde（2）,2-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde（3）,4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid（4）,ganoderma lucidum ketone A（5）,methyl lucidenate C（6）,lucidenic acid（7）,methyl lucideniate E2（8） and camptothecin（9）,respectively,by means of spectroscopic methods. In addition,compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this species for the first time.
