贵州小型猪后肢太阳膀胱经委中、委阳、合阳、承山、昆仑、至阴解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究贵州小型猪后肢太阳膀胱经委中、委阳、合阳、承山、昆仑、至阴穴区的解剖学结构、毗邻关系,为小型猪相关实验针灸学研究提供腧穴形态学资料。方法:参考人体腧穴定位的方法对贵州小型猪委中、委阳、合阳、承山、昆仑、至阴穴进行体表定位标识。从动脉注入ABS灌注液,使后肢动脉血管全部染色至清晰可见,在巨显微条件下逐一对腧穴进行层次解剖,观察并测量腧穴与周围组织结构的毗邻关系。结果:贵州小型猪委中、委阳、合阳、承山、昆仑、至阴穴区有结构较为复杂的神经、肌肉、血管。结论:贵州小型猪委中、委阳、合阳、承山、昆仑、至阴穴区组织结构与神经关系较复杂,与动脉血管关系不密切,与外侧隐静脉关系密切。Objective： To study anatomic structure and adjacent relationship of acupiont ＂ Weizhong＂ （ BIA0 ）, ＂Weiyang＂ （ BI39 ）, ＂Heyang＂ （ BI55 ）, ＂Chengshan＂ （ BI57 ）, ＂Kunlun＂ （ BI^0 ）, and ＂Zhiyin＂ （ BL67 ） of Bladder Meridian of Foot-taiyang in the hindlimb of Guizhou Miniature Pigs, and provide morphologic data for Guizhou Miniature Pigs in experimental acupuncture studies. Methods： -We located and marked the acupoint of ＂Weizhong＂ （ BIA0 ）, ＂Weiyang＂ （ BI39 ）, ＂Heyang＂ （ BI,55 ）, ＂Chengshan＂ （ BI57 ）, ＂Kunlun＂ （ BL60）, and ＂Zhiyin＂ （ BL67 ） in the hindlimb of Guizhou Miniature Pigs with reference methods in human body. We perfused the animals with ABS through aorta, made arterial vessels of hindlimb clearly visible. The local tissues （muscles, nerves, and vessels） of acupoints mentioned above were dissected layer by layer and their relations with the needle were observed under the microscope. Results： There exist complicated anatomic structure including nerve, muscle and vcssels in the regions of Acupiont ＂Weizhong＂ （BIA0）, ＂ Weiyang＂ （ BI39）, ＂Heyang＂ （ BI55 ）, ＂Chengshan＂ （ BI57 ）, ＂Kunlun＂ （ BL60）, and ＂Zhiyin＂ （ BL67 ） in the hindlimb of Guizhou Miniature. Conclusion： The anatomic structure of acupoints region mentioned above had a complex relation with nerves, no remarkable relation to arterial vessels but was closely related to lateral saphenous vein.
