摘  要:如今糖尿病发病率仅次于心血管系统疾病,临床疗法多从西医方面入手,注射胰岛素和口服大量降糖药控制维持血糖为主要治疗方式。中医作为我国具有悠远历史的的传统医学代表,也可用特色的药食疗法在糖尿病领域来发挥其独特的魅力。所以立足中医基础理论,追溯古书经典的药食疗法对于医疗行业,建立"未病先防已病防变"的临床思维模式是迫切而必要的。我们极推崇这种以基础治疗为先导的结合膳食和药物的治疗手段。Now the incidence of diabetes is second only after cardiovascular disease, clinical therapy is always beginning with western medicine, a lot of insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents to maintain blood glucose control as the main treatment. Chi- nese medicine represents as a traditional medicine with a distant history, and also featured food and medicine therapies available in the field of diabetes to play its unique charm. Therefore, based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, food and medicine retroactive ancient classical therapy for the medical industry, the establishment of "preventing attack before disease, preventing progression after disease", the clinical thinking is urgent and necessary. We admire this as the forerunner to the basic therapy treatments combined with diet and drugs.
