中药结合髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察中药结合髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法：选取2011年6月~2013年5月我院收治的早期股骨头坏死患者78例（96髋）进行分析,按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组各39例,观察组采用中药结合髓芯减压植骨术治疗,对照组仅采用髓芯减压植骨术治疗,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后影像学评价和髋关节功能评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后影像学分期有明显改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组改善水平明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后髋关节功能评分均有明显提高（P〈0.05）,且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药结合髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头坏死能够提高患者的髋关节功能,提高影像学疗效和生活质量,安全有效。Objective： To study the effect of TCM combined with core decompression and bone graft in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis. Methods： During June 2011to May 2013, 78cases of patients with early femoral head necrosis were se- lected, they were divided into two groups according to the methods of treatment ： the observation group and the controlled group, each group had 39cases. The observation group used TCM combined with core decompression and bone graft treatment, the con- trolled groups only used core decompression and bone graft treatment, observed the clinical effects of the two groups, imaging e- valuation before and after treatment, hip function score. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group （P〈0. 05） ; two groups of radiological staging after treatment had improved significantly （ P〈 0. 05）, and the improved levels of the observation group was significantly better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05）; two groups of hip function score after treatment had improved significantly （P〈0. 05 ） , and the improved levels of the observation group was significantly better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： TCM combined with core decompression and bone graft in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis can improve the hip function, improve the image effect and life quality, is safe and effective.
