中药贴敷配合GINA阶梯方案对轻中度支气管哮喘儿童临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药贴敷配合GINA阶梯方案对轻中度支气管哮喘儿童临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法:选择112例轻中度慢性持续期哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组采用GINA阶梯式方案治疗,观察组采用中药贴敷配合GINA阶梯方案治疗。随访6个月,观察两组患儿哮喘症状控制程度,PAQLQ评分。结果:观察组患儿哮喘基本控制率(96.43%)、症状维度、活动受限维度、情感维度明显高于对照组。结论:中药贴敷配合GINA阶梯方案有助于改善患儿临床哮喘症状,提高患儿生活质量。Objective ： To study the effect of TCM plaster application combined with GINA ladder program on clinical symp- toms and quality of life in children with mild-to-moderate bronchial asthma. Methods： 112cases of children patients with mild- to-moderate bronchial asthma were divided into observation group and controlled group. The controlled group was given GINA ladder scheme, the observation group used TCM plaster application combined with GINA ladder program, symptoms control de- gree, PAQLQ score were compared between the two groups. Results： Asthma symptoms basic controlled rate （96. 43% ）, symptoms dimensions, activity restricted dimension, emotional dimension of the observation group were significantly higher than the controlled group. Conclusion： TCM plaster application combined with GINA ladder program helps to improve clinical symp- toms, improve the quality of life.
