摘　　要：在界定创新集群的概念与网络特性的基础上,指出创新集群的形成与发展过程是创新主体在一定的环境下,根据自身能力和发展目标进行有向选择、形成有向网络的过程,即创新集群是在有向选择机理支配下多种机理共同作用的结果。有向选择机理、学习机理、突变机理、扩散机理、互动机理、协同机理等主要机理在特定的环境下相互作用,共同推动创新集群从无序向有序发展。Based on the concept and characteristics of network definition of innovation clusters, the paper pointed out that the for- mation and development process of innovation clusters is the process that the subject makes directional selection in a certain environ- ment based on its capacity and development goal situation ; after that the directed network is formatted. Innovation cluster is the result of directional selection under the control of a variety of mechanisms, including directional selection mechanism, study mechanism, mu- tation mechanism, diffusion mechanism, interaction mechanism, coordination mechanism and so on, which affects each other under the specific environment, impels the innovation cluster from the disorder development to the order development.
