摘  要:2020年南水北调中线一期工程及引汉济渭工程的实施将对汉江流域水资源形势产生影响,本文对汉江流域水资源的可供给量、需求量进行了分析,研究流域实际可供水量和余缺水量。水资源供需平衡计算表明:调水工程实施后,汉江流域上游供水可以满足需水要求,汉江中下游流域将缺水54.81×108m3;全流域将缺水10.41×108m3,南水北调中线工程及引汉济渭工程对汉江中下游甚至整个流域产生缺水性影响。从水资源条件、生态环境、社会经济3个方面选择评价指标,以层次分析法确定评价指标权重,采用距离指数法对汉江流域进行水资源承载能力分析,并对汉江流域水资源承载能力进行评价。评价结果表明,受调水及水利工程建设的影响,汉江流域水资源已处于不可承载状态。According to the impact on the Hanjiang fiver basin water resources of the middle route of the south- to- north water diversion project (MR -SNWDP) and the water diversion project from the Hanjiang River to the Wei River, the water supply and demand of the upstream, mid -down- stream and basin - wide were calculated. The results show that : after completion of the transfer pro- ject, the water supply of upstream is adequate while the water shortage of middle and lower reaches is 54.81 ×10^8m^3, that of the basin - wide is 10. 41×10^8m^3, and the transfer project will affects the entire basin. With indicators selected from water resources, environment, and socio - economy, and AHP used to determine the evaluation index weight, the resources carrying capacity of Hanjiang river basin water is evaluated. Affected by water diversion and water conservancy construction, water re- sources in Hanjiang river basin has been in a non - capacity state.
