长白山路域两栖类动物损失调查及保护

摘　　要：对长白山自然保护区旅游公路两侧两栖动物的损失数量及损失原因做了系统调查.结果发现:公路对两栖类种群损伤很大,其中以中国林蛙致死数量最多,占总数的78.29%.引起两栖类种群数量损失的原因可能有道路致死、生境破碎和改变、人为干扰、环境污染、气候变化以及这些因素的相互作用,其中道路致死和人为干扰是主要原因.分析了长白山区公路、人类活动、环境因子对两栖类种群的影响,提出了加强两栖类保护的措施.A survey of loss numbers and reasons of the amphibian in Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve were conducted. The results showed：the highway had great damage on amphibians, and the mortality rate of Rana chensinensis accounted for 78. 29% of the total. Causes of amphibian populations losses may include road-kill, habitat fragmentation and modification,human disturbance,environmental contamination,changes of climate and interactions among these factors on both sides of road in Changbai Mountain. Road-kill and human disturbance were the main causes. The impact of Changbai Mountain highways,human activities and environmental factors on amphibian populations is analyzed,and some conservation suggestions are presented.
