探析从脾论治代谢综合征

摘　　要：代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为中心的一组临床证候的总和,其发生与体质差异、饮食不节、运动不足、七情内伤等原因相关;脾虚失运、痰湿内蕴为其主要病理环节,脾与代谢综合征证候有着密切的关系,故而临床中应当重视从脾论治代谢综合征,以健脾助运、化痰祛湿为主要治疗大法。Metabolic Syndrome（MS） is a clinical syndrome featured as insulin resistance, which is related to many factors such as congenital differences, irregular acquired diet, and lack of exercise. Internal injuries seven emotions and so on. “The failure of transportation resulted from the spleen deficiency with internal accumulation of phlegm-damp” is regarded as the key pathogenesis. The spleen in Chinese Medicine sense has close relationship on MS. Thus, the treatment of MS focusing on spleen is proposed, and define its treatment principles as“recover the function of spleen in transportation and transformation by getting rid of phlegm and dampness”.
