益气解毒活络中药复方对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病理组织结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气解毒通络中药复方(YQJDHL)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾脏结构的影响。方法:SPF级健康雄性SD大鼠72只,注射链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病及痰浊瘀毒中医证候模型。应用YQJDHL分别在造模成功及成模后2周灌胃给药,观察大鼠肾脏病理组织学变化。结果:YQJDHL能够减轻糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾小球肥大、系膜细胞增生等病理改变,中药预防组疗效优于中药治疗组。结论:YQJDHL能够预防和治疗大鼠早期DN,其机制可能与延缓肾脏病理组织损害有关。Objective： To investigate the effects of Yiqi Jiedu activating Chinese herbal compound （YQJDHL）on structure of kidney of experimental diabetes mellitus （DM） rats. Methods： 72 SPF healthy male SD rats, each treatment group were injected STZ causing diabetes and phlegm,stasis and poison in syndrome model. Application of YQJDHL after DN model taking shape and taking shape for 2 weeks, low and high dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were fed Chinese herbal compound. The pathological changes of rat kidney was observed. Results： YQJDHL can relieve diabetic nephropathy （DN） in the rat glomerular hypertrophy, glomerular mesangial cell proliferation and renal tubular epithelial cavity, such as Chinese medicine prevention treatment group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. Conclusion： YQJDHL can prevent and treat early DN rats, the mechanism may be related to delay the renal pathological tissue damage.
