摘　　要：目的:观察具有益气养阴通络功效的中药欣舒注射液对兔血管内膜剥脱术后VEGF、b FGF、TGFβ1mRNA表达的影响,探讨欣舒注射液防治PCI术后再狭窄的机制。方法:将48只新西兰大耳白兔按随机数字表法分为A正常组、B模型组、C欣舒注射液组、D阿托伐他汀组每组各12只。2周后采集兔腹主动脉标本光镜观察腹主动脉,RT-PCR法检测腹主动脉VEGF、b FGF、TGFβ1mRNA表达。结论:欣舒注射液可通过增加VEGFmRNA表达,降低b FGF、TGF-β1mRNA表达,起到防治PCI术后再狭窄的作用。Objective： To observe the expression of VEGF, bFGF, TGFI31mRNA of rabbits after intima denudation, under the influence of Xinshu injection, which has effects of supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and removing meridian obstruction. Also,to investigate the mechanism of Xinshu injection preventing and curing the restenQsis after PCI operation. Method：The 48 new-zealand big ear white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, A the normal group,B the model group,C Xinshu injection group,D the Atorvastatin group. After 2 weeks, these animals were collected the specimen of abdominal aorta. Besides observing the rabbits＇ abdominal aorta under the light microscope,and used the RT-PCR to detect the expression of VEGF,bFGF,TGFβ1mRNA of the abdominal aorta. Conclusion： Xinshu injection can prevent and cure the restenosis after PCI operation, its effect is related to the mechanisms that elevate the VEGF expression,while degrade the expression of bFGF,TGF-β1.
