常绿欧洲荚蒾试管苗生根培养研究

摘　　要：以常绿欧洲荚蒾试管苗为试材,研究了培养基种类、IBA浓度和活性炭浓度对其生根的影响。结果表明,采用1/2 MS培养基(添加0.6%琼脂、2%蔗糖)+0.8 mg/L IBA+0.3%活性炭处理,优于其它处理,对常绿欧洲荚蒾试管苗生根有明显的促进作用,生根效果较好,平均生根率达86.7%,平均生根数达3.88条/株,根的平均长度为2.55 cm。With rootless tissue culture seedlings in vitro of Viburnum opulus var.as the explants, effects of medi-um, IBA concentration and activated charcoal concentration on their rooting were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate reached 86.7 % in 1/2 MS medium （ with 0.6 % agar and 2 % sucrose ） ＋0.8 mg/L IBA＋0.3 %activated charcoal, mean number of roots were 3.88, mean length of roots were 2.55 cm, which obviously promoted the rooting of Viburnum opulus var.tissue culture seedlings.
