摘　　要：回顾崇明岛生态环境预警监测评估体系的主要建设情况和取得的成果;通过分析体系建设中存在的问题,探讨了在培养高素质人才、监测指标的适用性、敏感点位的监测、输入性污染源调查、预警功能等方面的不足,提出了今后体系建设的监测建议和对策,加强人员培养,调整监测指标,增加监测点位,适时修改方案并开展调查研究,完善预警监测评估体系。We will introduce the current situation on assessment system of eco - environmental monitoring for early - warning in Chongming Island and the achievements on it. We are discussing the imperfect aspects for high - quality talents, suitability of the monitoring index, monitoring of the environmental sensitive point, research of imported pollution sources and monitoring for early- warning. By analyzing the problems above, we suggest solutions that could help improve the assessment system such as cultivating high - quality talents, adjusting the monitoring index, increasing the monitoring point, revising the plan to make pollution sources researches and improving the monitoring for early - warning.
