OSAHS患者呼出气冷凝液中白介素6检测的意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨OSAHS患者呼出气冷凝液（EBC）中IL-6检测的意义。方法 统计分析2012年3月至2014年3月我院收治的60例OSAHS患者的临床资料。结果 OSAHS吸烟组和非吸烟组患者的体质量指数、颈围、呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）均显著高于对照组（t =6.965,4.541,3.365,P 〈0.05）,最低血氧饱和度（LSaO2）显著低于对照组（t=2.998,P 〈0.05）;OSAHS吸烟组患者的FEV1/FVC显著低于对照组（t=3.747,P 〈0.05）;OSAHS吸烟组和非吸烟组患者晨起EBC中IL-6水平均显著高于睡前和对照组（t=3.182,P 〈0.05）,对照组人员晨起EBC中IL-6水平显著低于睡前（t =4.303,P 〈0.05）;OSAHS组患者EBC中IL-6水平和AHI、每小时氧减饱和4%以上的次数呈显著正相关（r =0.441,0.533,P 〈0.05）,和LSaO2 呈显著负相关（r =-0.529,P 〈0.05）。结论 OSAHS患者的病情严重程度能够在EBC中IL-6水平中得到有效反映。Objective To investigate the significance detection of IL-6 in EBC of OSAHS patients. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of OSAHS patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The BMI, neck circumference, AHI, ODI4 of OSAHS smokers and non-smoking groups were significantly higher （ t = 6. 965,4. 541,3. 365, P 〈0.05）, the LSaO2 was significantly lower than control group （ t = 2. 998, P 〈0.05）. The FEV1/FVC of OSAHS smoking group was significantly lower than control group （ t = 3. 747, P （0.05）. The EBC IL-6 levels in the early morning of OSAHS smokers and non-smoking groups were significantly higher than at bedtime and control group （t = 3.182, P 〈0.05）. The EBC IL-6 levels in the morning of control group were significantly lower than at bedtime（ t =4. 303, P 〈0.05）. The IL 6 levels of OSAHS group in EBC and AHI,ODI4 showed significant positive correlations （r = 0. 441,0. 533, P 〈0.05）, and with LSaO2 showed negative correlations （ r =-0. 529, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The severity of OSAHS patients can be effectively reflected in IL-6 levels in EBC.
