摘  要:谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶系是由多个基因编码,具有多种功能的一个Ⅱ相反应代谢的超家族酶系。它催化还原型谷胱甘肽与多种亲电子化合物结合,使其功能失活,通过尿液或胆汁排出体外,在解毒、防御氧化应激,防止细胞损害等过程中起重要作用。近年来研究发现,谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶系以多种毒性物质、活性氧及其产物作为底物,进行生物转化代谢,参与了肺部的多种抗氧化过程,且谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶系的基因多态性与COPD、哮喘、肺癌等疾病相关。现就谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶系的分子生物学研究进展及其与多种肺部疾病之间的关系进行综述。Glutathione-S-transferase series is a multiple genetic encoding enzyme with several functions and it is a phase Ⅱ metabolic reactions super family enzyme series. Glutathione-S-transferase series can also catalyze reduced glutathione tablets and combine with a variety of electrophilic compounds, then excrete them outside of the body through urine or bile of inactivated form, which play an important role in detoxification, oxidative stress defense, prevent cell damage and other processes. Recent studies have found that glutathione-S-transferase series take multiple toxic substances, reactive oxygen species and their products as a substrate, participate in metabolic biotransformation, this process take part in the antioxidant in lungs. Besides the polymorphism of glutathione-S-transferase series concerned with COPD, asthma, lung cancer. Now in this article reviews, we elaborate the current molecular biology progress of glutathione-S-transferase series and its relationship with several lung diseases.
