摘　　要：骨膜蛋白属于成束蛋白家族成员，可以表达于人体多种组织器官，尤其是骨膜和牙周韧带。骨膜蛋白具有重要的生理功能，参与骨骼、牙齿及心脏等的发育和维持，在骨折、心肌损伤、肿瘤疾病等病理状态下也具有重要的作用。随着对骨膜蛋白研究的深入，也逐渐认识到骨膜蛋白在呼吸系统疾病中的作用和意义。Periostin is a member of the fasciclin family which can be expressed in multiple tiusses and organs, especially in periosteum and periodontal ligaments. Periostin plays an important role in regulating bone,teeth and cardiac development and maintenance and so on. It is also a critical regulator participating in the process of fracture,tumor,et al. The aim of this review is to provide an introduction of periostin and its function in respiratory diseases.
