摘 要:考虑模糊环境下由1个供应商和1个销售商组成的二级供应链协调问题,利用模糊数学工具和可信性理论,建立了分散决策模型和集中决策模型,通过深入分析供应链不协调的原因,设计了基于滞销补贴和收益共享的协调契约,并对协调契约参数的区间和影响进行了探讨。结果表明,在模糊需求环境下,系统决策过程可以通过可信性理论变得清晰化。通过调整协调机制的契约参数,分散合作模式可以实现系统帕累托最优,使供应链系统达到完美均衡。The paper studies coordination of a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer in a fuzzy environment. We use fuzzy mathematical tools and credibility theory to establish decentralized decision making model and centralized decision-making model, respectively. Based on indepth analysis of the reasons of supply chain in-coordination, we design coordination contracts of markdown allowance and revenue sharing, and discuss the range and impact of coordinating parameters. The results show that under the environment with fuzzy demand, the system decision-making process can be clear with credibility theory. Adjusting the contract parameters, we find that decentralized models of cooperation leads to Pareto optimality and ultimately the supply chain system achieves its perfect equilibrium.
