摘  要:目的 探索更准确地计算催化极谱测铅结果的方法。方法 将幂曲线(Y=aX^b)两边取对数,使其转化为lgY=lga+blgX,然后采用fx-180p计算器对标准曲线进行直线化回归和计算样品的分析结果。结果 铅浓度在0.005~0.2μg/ml范围内,波高与铅含量呈良好的幂曲线关系,相关系数r为0.9997,加标回收率达95%以上。结论 该法较原标准曲线法操作简便、快速、准确,应用范围广,适于大批样品分析。[ Objective ] To study on a more accurate method in calculating lead result detected by catalystic oscillopolarography using rectification regression method. [Methods] Both sides of power curve ( Y = a Xb) were taken logarithm, and were transformed into 1gY = lga + blg X. Fx - 180p calculator was applied to rectify regression of standard curve and calculate results of samples. [Results] Regression analysis shows a good power correlation between the wave height and concentration of lead over the range of 0.01 - 0.2 μg/ml. The correlated ration r = 0.999 7, the recovery of added standard is higher than 95 % . [ Conclusion] This method is simple, rapid and accurate compared with the original standard curve method. It is suitable for large quantity analysis.
