摘  要:目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及对常用抗菌素的耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对大连大学附属新华医院2011-2013年临床分离出的103株鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布与耐药情况进行分析。采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,结果按CLSI标准判定。结果分离的鲍曼不动杆菌共103株,主要分离自痰液(85.4%),其次为分泌物及脓液和尿液标本。其感染患者主要分布于ICU和呼吸内科。临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对常用抗菌药物耐药广泛。结论鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染中重要的条件致病菌,且耐药率较高,应加强对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的监测,合理选择使用抗菌药物,控制耐药菌株的流行及医院感染。Objective To understand the clinical distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii and drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics,and provide basis for rational clinical use of antibacterial medicines. Methods The clinical distribution and drug resistance of 103 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed.Drug susceptibility tests were performed by disk diffusion method,and the results were analyzed according to CLSI criteria. Results The highest positive rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was in sputum( 85. 4%),followed by secretion,purulent fluid and urine. The infected patients mainly distributed in ICU and respiratory departments. The clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii were resistant to common antibacterial medicines. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is the major opportunistic pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial infection,and its drug resistance rate is high. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of Acinetobacter baumannii resistance,and reasonably use antibacterial medicines,in order to control the prevalance of drug-resistant strains and healthcare-associated infection.
