乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓应用于滴虫性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓应用于滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择妇产科门诊治疗的滴虫性阴道炎患者88例,随机分为联合组和对照组各44例。联合组患者予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗,其中甲硝唑栓0.5 g,阴道放置,1次/d,连用10 d;10 d后予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊0.25 g,阴道放置,1次/d,连用10 d。对照组予以单纯的甲硝唑治疗10 d,剂量、方法同对照组。停药1周复查观察两组患者临床效果,并比较其随访3个月和6个月内的复发率。结果治疗后停药1周观察,联合组患者临床总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的77.27%(χ2=4.42,P<0.05);对治疗有效者(联合组41例和对照组34例)随访,联合组患者3个月和6个月内的复发率分别为7.32%和17.07%,明显低于对照组的26.47%和38.24%(χ2=5.07和4.26,P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效明显优于单纯的甲硝唑治疗,能明显改善其临床症状,提高阴道清洁度,并能降低复发率,起到有效防止其复发的效果。Objective To learn the curative effect of Vaginal Lactobacillus Capsules combined with Metronidazole Tablets on trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 88 outpatients with trichomonas vaginitis in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics were selected and divided into combination group and control group at random,with 44 cases in either group. The patients in combination group were given 0. 5 g Metronidazole Tablets via vagina once a day for10 days,followed by 0. 25 g Vaginal Lactobacillus Capsules via vagina once a day for 10 days. The patients in control group were only 10 g Metronidazole Tablets which the same dose and method. The clinical curative effects in both groups were observed one week after the withdrawal of drugs,and the reccurrence rates within 3 and 6 months of follow-ups were compared. Results At one week after the withdrawal of drugs,the total clinical efficiency in combination group was 93. 18%,which was much higher than that in control group（ 77. 27%）（ χ^2= 4. 42,P 〈0. 05）. In the patients with response to the treatment（ 41 in combination group and 34 in control group）,the reccurrence rates within 3 and 6 months were 7. 32% and 17. 07% respectively,which were much lower than those in control group（ 26. 47% and 38. 24%）（ χ^2= 5. 07 and 4. 26,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Vaginal Lactobacillus Capsules combined with Metronidazole Tablets is superior to Metronidazole alone in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the cleanliness of vagina,reduce the reccurrence rate and effectively prevent the reccurrence.
