摘 要:[目的]研究沪宁高速公路两侧土壤微生物量的空间分布特征。[方法]以沪宁高速公路两侧土壤为研究对象,按不同的土地利用方式(有林带和无林带)采集土壤样品,研究了公路两侧土壤微生物量的分布特征及土壤重金属对微生物量的影响。[结果]沪宁高速公路两侧土壤微生物量则表现为表层0-10 cm高于下层10-25 cm;土壤微生物量随公路垂直距离的增加而增加,100 m处土壤微生物量已达较高水平;土壤重金属Cu含量与微生物量具有显著的负相关关系。[结论]该研究为控制污染和绿色通道建设提供理论依据和参考。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the spatial distribution characteristics of soil microbial biomass in roadside soils along Shanghai-Nanjing highway. [ Method]The roadside soils along Shanghai-Nanjing highway as the research object, soil samples were collected according to the land-use types (forest and no forest) ,the distribution characteristics of soil microbial biomass in roadside soils along highway and the effect of heavy metals on soil microbial biomass were studied. [ Result] The amount of soil microbial biomass carbon in 0 -10 cm soil layer was higher than that in 10 -25 cm soil layer. The microbial biomass increased with increasing vertical distance of the highway, 100 m of the soil microbial biomass had reached a high level. The Cu content of heavy metals and the soil microbial biomass had a significant negative correlation. [ Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical basis and reference for the control of pollution and green channel construction.
