阜新市城镇化综合发展和人口城镇化的测度及二者的协调关系研究

摘　　要：选取资源型城市阜新市为代表,研究21世纪以来其城镇化发展的独特性。首先构建测度其城镇化综合发展水平指标体系并利用熵值法进行评价,接着基于第五次和第六次人口普查的数据利用联合国法对其人口城镇化水平进行修订,最后利用协调度指标计算方法对其城镇化综合发展水平和人口城镇化水平的协调关系进行分析。结果表明：2000-2012年间,阜新市城镇化综合发展水平逐渐提高,而人口城镇化速度趋于平缓,两者的协调性不断增强,体现出阜新市城镇化的整体质量在提升。This essay takes Fuxin, a resource-based city, as an example to make a research of the specialties of its urbanization. Firstly, the paper constructs an index system for measuring the developmental level of the city＇ s comprehensive urbanization and utilizes the method of entropy to evaluate. Using the United Nations method, it then amends the level of population urbanization of Fuxin based on data of the fifth and sixth population census. Finally, it analyzes the interactive coordination relation between comprehensive urbanization and population urbaniza- tion with the help of synergistic index calculation. The results show that, from 2000 to 2012, the developmental level of comprehensive urbani- zation of Fuxin generally increased while the speed of its population urbanization flattened out. The interactive coordination relation of both strengthened which indicates that the overall quality of Fuxin＇ s urbanization was promoted.
