摘　　要：本文通过分析人才培养模式与素质教育的内涵,构建了以知行合一、CBE理论、终身教育理论为指导,以培养"理论基础坚实、实践能力扎实、思想作风朴实的三实型高级应用型人才"为目标,以专业教育与注册工程师执业资格教育两条主线设置课程体系,创新"双学期、双导师"等教学运行过程,尝试多样化教学方式改革及建立形成性评价方式等途径,实现人才培养全过程的"2+2"应用型人才培养新模式,为地方土建类高校进一步实践人才培养模式改革提供理论参考。By analyzing the connotation of talents-training mode and quality education, this article develops the new ＂2＋2＂ application-oriented talents training mode,providing a theoretical reference for the talents training mode retorm ot local？ civil engineering colleges and universities. Guided by knowledgeaction unity, CBE theory, lifelong education, and aiming at cultivating senior application-oriented talents of ＂solid tbeoretical foundation, sturdy practical ability, plain thinking style＂, this mode sets teaching course system based on the professional education and the certified qualification education of registered？ engineers, innovates teaching process of ＂double semesters, double tutors＂, and tries to use diversified teaching modes and construct the formative evaluation methods, hence realizing the whole process of talents cultivation.
