摘  要:分析了200kt/a聚酯装置酯化蒸气处理系统及装置区用热需求现状,提出酯化蒸气余热回收系统的改造措施,实现酯化蒸气余热的有效利用。结果表明:在原有酯化蒸气冷却系统基础上,增设1台余热回收冷凝器,可有效利用酯化蒸气携带的热能,冬季用于取暖水升温(70~80℃),夏季用于溴冷机冷剂水升温(85~90℃);在回收系统投用过程中,出现装置工艺水质量不稳定时,可通过工艺水排出改造,工艺塔及汽提塔工艺优化,控制工艺水中乙二醇质量分数低于0.12%,COD低于2800mg/L;酯化蒸气余热回收系统投用后,有效节约新鲜蒸气的消耗,经济效益显著。The esterification steam heat recovery system and the heat demand of unit area were analyzed for a 200 kt/a polyester plant. A transformation plan for the esterification steam heat recovery system was put forward to efficiently utilize the esterification steam heat. The results showed that the esterification steam heat can be efficiently utilized by introducing a set of heat recovery condenser into the original esterification steam cooling system; the steam heat can be used to raise the heating water temperature (70 ℃ -80 ℃ ) in winter and the coolant water temperature (85 ℃ -90 ℃ ) of bromine cooler in summer; the quality of process water became unsteady while applying the transformed recovery system ; the ethylene glycol and COD mass fractions of the process water can be controlled below 0.12% and 2 800 mg/L, respectively, by transforming the process water drainage system and optimizing the process column and stripper processes; the application of esterification steam heat recovery system efficiently saved the consumption of fresh steam and contributed significant economic benefit.
