摘　　要：本文研究了上海高校专利运营情况,从专利申请量、授权量、有效量、高强度专利、专利领域等各方面分析上海高校专利运营能力。上海高校在从事科研工作的过程中产生了大量的专利申请,研究领域在一定程度上跟随全球热点,但是忽视了专利申请之后的一系列问题,如专利授权后是否进行了有效的权利维持、有效专利是否能够走出象牙塔成功转化为生产力等。This paper analyzes the patent application in Shanghai universities fi＇om the perspectives of the number of patent applications, granted patents, active patents, high-strength patents and the fields of patents. Universities in Shanghai are actively engaged in patents, some of which have well followed the global research trends. Yet they tend to ignore issues after patent application, such as the safeguarding of legal rights and the effective transformation of patents into production.
