蒙医辨证动态施治缺血性脑卒中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价以蒙医辨证动态施治原则治疗缺血性脑卒中(萨病)的疗效。方法:将146例缺血性脑卒中(萨病)患者,依据平行对照原则分为蒙西医结合治疗组111例和西医常规治疗组35例。蒙西医结合治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上进行口服蒙成药和传统疗术治疗。随访记录发病至90天时不同时间点的NIHSS评分、BI评分和萨病蒙医症侯疗效评价量表症侯评分。结果:BI评分和NIHSS评分在试验组与对照组均有显著改善,两组间比较差别无显著性;蒙医症侯评分在试验组与对照组均有显著改善,两组间比较,恢复期症侯改善情况蒙西医结合治疗组优于西医常规治疗组。结论:以蒙医辨证动态施治原则治疗缺血性脑卒中(萨病)可起到积极的治疗效果,使患者神经功能缺损、生活自理能力及蒙医症侯得到显著改善。Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of therapy treatment for ischemic stroke （SA disease） based on theprinciple of Traditional Mongolian Medicine syndrome differentiation dynamic . Methods 146 cases of ischemic stroke （SA disease）patients are divided into the Mongolian medicine and Western medicine combined treatment group of 111 cases and the conventionaltreatment of Western medicine group of 35 cases according to parallel control principle. Mongolian medicine and Western medicinecombined treatment group oral mongolian medicine and traditional therapy on the basis of conventional therapy of Western medicine.Records the NIHSS score , BI score and SA disease mongolian medicine symptom efficacy scale score , from the onset to 90 days atdifferent time points. Results BI score and NIHSS score in the test group and the control group were significantly improved, betweenthe two groups showed no remarkable difference; Mongolian medicine syndrome score in the test group and the control group were sig-nificantly improved, the comparison between two groups, the recovery period symptom improvement situation of Mongolian medicineand Western medicine combined treatment group was better than the conventional treatment of Western medicine group. ConclusionTherapy treatment for ischemic stroke （ SA disease） based on the principle of Traditional Mongolian Medicine syndrome differentiationdynamic can play a positive effect of treatment, the neurologic impairment, life self - care ability and Mongolian medicine syndrome hasbeen significantly improved.
