摘 要:目的:研究黔产八角莲属药材不同种质资源间总黄酮含量的差异。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定四份八角莲属药材种质资源根、茎和叶的总黄酮含量。结果:黔产八角莲属药材种质资源间总黄酮含量的差异较大。川八角莲的总黄酮含量最高,为2.64%;贵州八角莲次之;八角莲样品的最低,仅有1.03%;八角莲属药材不同部位中总黄酮含量高低的分布规律为根>叶>茎。结论:川八角莲根样品的总黄酮含量最高,可作为人工栽培时的原种利用,研究结果为川八角莲的种质资源筛选和人工栽培提供了试验依据。Objective To study the differences of total flavone content in Guizhou Dysosma among different germplasm resources.Method The total flavone is extracted from Guizhou Dysosma by UV. With rutin as standard substance, the content of total flavone inroot, stem and leaf of four Dysosma germplasm resources harvested in Guizhou was determined by UN. In addition, with naringin asstandard substance. Result There was significant difference about the content of total flavone in Guizhou Dysosma among differentgermplasm resources. Morespeeifically, the content of total flavone in Dysosma samples was the highest at 2. 64%, followed by Dysos-ma samples at 1.03%, and the least in Dysosma versipellis samples. Moreover, the content of total flavone in different parts of Dys-osma followed atrend of root 〉 leaf 〉 stem. Conclusion Dysosma harvested from Dysosma County could be used as the original speciesfor artificial cultivation because of the highest content of total flavoneo
