开展品管圈对提高ICU工作人员手卫生依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨"品管圈"活动对提高ICU工作人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法:选择医院ICU工作人员为观察对象,成立"品管圈"小组,开展"品管圈"活动调查分析我院ICU工作人员手卫生执行现状调查,并比较开展"品管圈"活动前后平均手卫生执行率。结果:开展"品管圈"活动显著提高了医护人员手卫生执行率,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"品管圈"活动能够增强和提高我院ICU工作人员对医院感染的防控意识,提高了手卫生依从性。Objective To explore the ＂quality circle＂ activities to improve theapplication of hand hygiene compliance of ICU staffin our hospital. Methods the establishment of ＂quality circle＂ group, the cause analysis of the investigation, implementation of handhygiene status of ICU staff in our hospital, formulate and implement corresponding intervention measures. Results to carry out ＂qualitycircle＂ activities significantly improves the medical worker hand hygiene compliance rate, were significantly different between beforeand after the implementation of （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ＂quality circle＂ activities can enhance improve the ICU working staff in ourhospital on hospital infection prevention and control awareness, improve hand hygiene compliance.
