摘　　要：研究发现地西他滨在去甲基化之外,不同剂量和浓度的地西他滨还能够克服P53依赖性耐药、免疫调节以及促造血和分化。以此为据,临床相应对地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的方案做出了系列优化,取得了良好效果。In addition to hypomethylating,it was found that decitibine could also overcome the drug resistance by P53 mutation or depletion,regulate immune function and improve hematopoiesis and differentiation at different doses or concentrations.Upon these facts,the regimens of myelodysplastic syndromes using decitibine were greatly modified and optimized by different methods,and favorable results were obtained.
