摘 要:[目的]明确乙草胺在3种土壤中的吸附和解吸附特性。[方法]试验采用振荡平衡法,研究乙草胺在3种土壤中的吸附特性及其在水稻土中解吸附特性。[结果]乙草胺在3种土壤中的吸附性符合Freundlich方程,吸附常数(Kd)在0.41—11.12mL/g之间,水稻土比红壤和潮土对其的吸附能力强。Ka-OM之间的r^2在0.639~1之间。标准吸附自由能变为-17.63~2.21kJ/mol,焓变为23.18~59.16kJ/mol,熵变为80.24~207.59kJ/mol。[结论]土壤对乙草胺的吸附主要受其有机质支配。红壤对乙草胺的吸附属于吸热、化学吸附、熵变增加过程,水稻土、潮土对乙草胺的吸附均属自发、吸热、物理吸附、熵变增加的过程。[Aims] The aim is to study the adsorption and desorption properties of acetochlor in three types of soil. [Methods] The adsorption properties of acetochlor in three types of soil and the desorption properties of acetochlor in paddy soil were studied by batch equilibrium method. [Results] The results showed that the adsorption properties of acetochlor in three types of soil could be well described by Freundlich equation, and the Ka values were between 0.41-11.12 mL/g. The adsorption capacity in paddy soil was stronger than the red soil andfluvo-aquic soil. The correlation coefficient r2 between Kd and soil organic matter rangeed from 0.639 to 1. The standard sorption flee energy changes, enthalpy changes and entropy changes were -17.63 - 2.21 kJ/mol, 23.18-59.16 kJ/mol and 80.24-207.59 kJ/mol, respectively. [Conclusions] Adsorption of acetochlor in soil was mainly dominated by organic matter. Adsorption of acetochlor in red soil was endothermic, chemical adsorption, increased entropy change process, adsorption of acetochlor in paddy soil and fluvo-aquie soilwere spontaneous, endothermic, physical adsorption, increased entropy change process.
