摘  要:[目的]建立20%多杀·甲维盐悬浮剂中同时测定多杀霉素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称甲维盐)的高效液相色谱分离分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-甲醇-水(0.13%氨水)为流动相,在245 nm同时对试样中的多杀霉素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐进行反相高效液相色谱分离。[结果]甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和多杀霉素的标准偏差分别为0.026和0.032,变异系数分别为0.63%和0.20%,平均回收率分别为100.00%和99.83%,提示该方法具有较好的回收率,证明该方法的准确度较高。[结论]该方法简便且精密度、准确度均较高,适用于农药生产质量控制及成品分析。[Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography method was established for simultaneous determination of spinosad.emamectin benzoate 20% SC. [Methods] With acetonitrile, methanol and water (0.13% ammonia) as mobile phase, spinosad and emamectin benzoate were simultaneous determinated at 245 nm by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. [Results] The results showed that the standard deviations for emamectin benzoate and spinosad were 0.026 and 0.032, the variation coefficients were 0.63 and 0.20%, the average recoveries were 100.00 and 99.83%, respectively, which indicated that the method has good recovery and high accuracy. [Conclusions] The method has the advantage of simple, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for pesticide quality control and product analysis.
