摘  要:【目的】研究噻虫嗪在苹果上的消解动态及膳食风险性。【方法】采用液相萃取法进行苹果中残留试验前处理,高效液相色谱检测噻虫嗪含量,利用风险商法对其进行膳食风险评估。[结果】在苹果中的平均添加回收率为90.07%-94.98%,相对标准偏差为2.82%-3.34%。消解半衰期为6.88~7.63d,噻虫嗪在最终残留加倍剂量下的风险商值小于1。【结论】残留检测的方法准确度高,重复性好。苹果生产中使用噻虫嗪对人类产生的膳食风险小,可以接受。[Aims] The degradation dynamics and dietary risk ofthiamethoxam in apple were studied. [Methods] The pre-treatment of the samples was conducted by liquid phase extraction, and the content of thiamethoxam was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The dietary risk assessment was conducted by risk quotient(RQ) method. [Results] The average recoveries were 90.07-94.98%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.82-3.34%. The half lives of thiamethoxam were 6.88-7.63 d. RQ was below 1 for the final residues at double dose. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of good accuracy and reproducibility. The dietary risk of application of thiamethoxam on apple for human is low and can be accepted.
