摘  要:借鉴农业中地膜垄式栽培模式,研究耕作模式变化对白花丹参适宜种植区连作土壤环境的影响。利用土壤多参数测定仪对土壤各理化性质进行测定。结果:地膜垄式栽培相对于传统栽培,更能保持土壤温度稳定,耕作模式改变后土壤pH值由6.85上升为6.95,但有机质含量由0.69%下降为0.63%;不同土层深度土壤中铵态氮、速效钾、速效磷的含量有明显差别,其中0-10cm土壤中的含量相对较高;新的栽培模式下土壤中的磷酸酶活性低于传统栽培,整个生育期的平均值降低3.8%,蔗糖酶变化不明显。地膜垄式栽培有利于保持土壤温度的稳定,提高土壤pH值、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶的活性,促进白花丹参生长,一定程度上削减了连作障碍的产生。In order to study the effect of plastic film coveting cultivation on the continuous cropping soil of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. F. alba, soil multi-parameter analyzer was used to measure soil physical and chemical properties. Plastic film coveting cultivation could keep temperature steady, the cultivation model made the soil pH increased from 6.85 to 6.95 ,while organic matter decreased from 0.69% to 0.63%. There was a significantly difference in ammonium, available K and available P between different soil layers with the highest temperature at the depth of 0 - 10cm comparatively. The phosphatase activity in new cultivation model was lower than traditional treatments, the average was reduced by 3. 8% in the whole growing period. However, there was no significant change in the sucrase. In conclusion, the plastic film coveting phosphatase and sucrase activities, and eliminate cuhivation could keep soil temperature steady, increase soil pH, continuous cropping obstacle in some sense.
