摘  要:以4种菊芋为试验材料,研究不同浓度(0、50、100、150mmol/L)混合盐碱(Na2CO3、Na HCO3、Na Cl和Na2SO4)胁迫对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为菊芋在盐碱化土地上种植提供参考。结果表明,除菊芋Ht B外,其他3份菊芋的发芽率随胁迫强度的增加均呈不同程度的降低。同时,Y150处理(Na2CO3∶Na HCO3∶Na Cl∶Na2SO4为5∶23∶9∶5)下,菊芋Ht B、Ht L和Ht D的发芽时间均受到了调控。盐碱胁迫抑制4种菊芋幼苗的生长,尤其在Y150处理下,菊芋的株高和地上鲜重均显著低于对照(P<0.05)。不同盐碱浓度处理Ht L叶片脯氨酸含量迅速增加,且显著高于对照(P<0.05)。4种菊芋叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随胁迫强度的增加均呈先升高后降低的趋势。在同一处理条件下,4种菊芋相同指标的变化率不同,说明他们的耐盐碱能力不同。Effects of salt-alkaline stress (NaCl, NaHCO3, Na2SO4, and Na2CO3 ) at concentrations of 0,50,100, 150mmol/L on seed germination and seedling growth of four Jerusalem artichoke ( Helianthus tuberosus L. ) were in- vestigated, which could provide some reference for the cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke in salt-alkaline land. The results showed that except for HtB, the germination of the HtL, HtD and HtT decreased with increasing salt-alkaline stress levels. The treatment of Y150 ( NaECO3 : NaHCO3 : NaCI: Na2SO4 = 5:23 : 9:5 ) delayed the germination of HtB, HtL and HtD, however salt-alkaline stress inhibited the growth of four materials. Plant height, aboveground weight and MDA content of four Jerusalem artichoke were significantly decreased under Y150 treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) , Saline-alkaline stress significantly increased the accumulation of proline in HtL compared with the control ( P 〈 0.05 ). SOD activity increased first and then decreased by increasing salt-alkaline stress levels. The difference in change in the same parameter among Jerusalem artichoke varieties under the same treatment suggested their differences in salt-tolerance.
