摘  要:以硝普钠为外源NO供体,选用坝亚9号和坝亚11号为材料,60g/L PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,以种子发芽势、发芽率、成苗率、幼苗长度及干重为指标,考察NO对亚麻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并通过模糊隶属函数值法进行综合分析。结果表明,随着硝普钠浓度从0.2mmol/L增加到1.0mmol/L时,上述指标均呈现增加趋势;当继续增大硝普钠浓度时,除发芽势、发芽率上升外,其余指标反而呈下降趋势;综合评价表明,当硝普钠浓度为1.0mmol/L时,效果最佳。NO has important effects on the seed germination and seedling growth for a variety ot crops, in tnls pa- per, the Sodium nitroprusside (SNP)was employed as exogenous NO donor, the seeds of Baya No. 9 and No. 11 were used as materials, some parameters such as seed germination potential, germination rate, seedling rate, seeding length and dry weight were investigated in order to study the effect of NO on the germination and seedling growth of the fla- xes seed, under the simulated drought stress of 60g/L PEG-6000. And the experimental consequences were analyzed comprehensively by utilizing the fuzzy membership function. The results showed that the above-indicators of the fla- xes seed presented positive corrdationship with SNP concentration while increasing from 0.2mmol/L to 1.0mmol/ L, and reached the extreme values at the 1.0mmol/L, after which, the seedling rate, seeding length and dry weight of the flaxes seed showed up the negative correlation with the SPN concentration. The results of comprehensive evalua- tion also showed that when the SNP concentration was at 1.0mmol/L, the effect reached optimum value.
