棉垫纯化的脂肪颗粒在额颞部脂肪移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨用棉垫纯化方法处理的脂肪颗粒在额颞部轮廓塑形中的疗效.方法 手术均采用局部麻醉,脂肪供区为腹部（83例）和大腿（33例）.抽取的脂肪静置后,倒入纱布上（下衬垫棉垫）静置10 min.以18G钝针将纯化法处理的脂肪颗粒移植入额颞部受区,移植剂量10.O～48.0 ml,平均18.9 ml.分别于术后6、12个月,用医、患及第3方评判法行效果评价.结果 所有患者无感染、局部硬结、脂肪液化等并发症发生,受区略有不平10例,经再次脂肪移植后矫正.术后6、12个月时,患者的满意率分别为94.8％、93.1％;医师的满意率分别为89.7％、87.1％;第3方满意率分别为92.2％、88.8％.结论 采用棉垫纯化法处理脂肪颗粒,具有简便、省时、纯度高、成活率高等优点,适宜用作脂肪移植;脂肪移植对额颞部轮廓塑形具有良好的效果.Objective To investigate the result of fat transplasntation in forehead and tempera[ regions with lipoehondria purified by cotton pad. Methods Under local anesthesia, fat was harvested from abdomens （83 cases） and thighs （33 cases）. After standing, the harvested fat was placed onto the gauze with the cotton pad on the bottom for 10 minutes. The 18 G blunt needle was used to inject the purified lipochondria into the forehead and temperal regions with 10.0 to 48.0 ml,the average was 18.9ml. The results were assessed by patients, doctors and the third person at 6 and 12 months postoperatively. Results All of the patients were healed without infection, fat necrosis at 6 and 12 months postoperatively. Uneven recipient areas were happened in 10 cases, which were corrected by secondary fat transplantation. 6 months postoperation, the patient＇s consent rate were 94.8% ; the doctor＇s consent was 89.7% ; the third party＇s consent was 92.2%. 12 months postoperation, the number were 93.1%, 87.1% and 88.8% respectively. Conclusion The application of lipochondria purified by cotton pad in fat transplantation in forehead and temperal region is safe and convenient with high survival rate.
