摘 要:[目的]研究红外指纹图谱在山银花产域鉴别中的可行性。[方法]以山银花(华南忍冬)的红外指纹图谱(红外光谱、二阶导数谱)为依据,采用聚类分析对来自6个产地(海南和广东)的华南忍冬进行了分析。[结果]药材粉末的一维红外光谱分析表明,海口、湛江和韶关3个产地与其他3个产地(文昌、琼中、屯昌)在某些化学成分方面有着较显著的差异,表现为湛江区具有3 407 cm-1特征吸收峰,韶关区具有1 637 cm-1特征吸收峰,第3号海口区和韶关区分别为具有1 066、1 074 cm-1特征吸收峰,海口、湛江和韶关区具有611、610和615 cm-1特征吸收峰;而另外3个地域(文昌、琼中和屯昌)的华南忍冬化学成分则较相似;根据聚类分析结果可将6个产地分为四类。[结论]红外光谱可为药材的质量控制和产区鉴别提供一个快捷、准确、可行的鉴别方法。[Objective]The research aimed to study the feasibility in identification on region of Lonicerae Flos by using FTIR fingerprint methods. [Method]According to the FTIR fingerprint of Lonicerae Flos(Lonicera confusa) including infrared spectroscopy and second derivative spectrum,the samples of medicinal materials from six areas both Hainan and Guangdong province had been analyzed by using cluster analysis methods. [Result]One dimensional infrared spectroscopy analysis of medicinal materials power showed that three areas(Haikou,Zhanjiang,Shaoguan) had more differences in chemical composition among of all areas. And the Zhanjiang with 3 407 cm^-1,Shaoguan with 1 637 cm^-1,Haikou and Shaoguan,respectively,for the 1 066 cm^-1and 1 074 cm^-1,also the Haikou,Zhanjiang and Shaoguan with 611,610 and 615cm^-1. While the other three regions were similar to each other in chemical composition. According to the results of cluster analysis of six areas could be divided into four categories. [Conclusion]Infrared spectroscopy could provide a fast,accurate and feasible method for the identification of medicinal materials quality control and identifying regions.
