摘　　要：近年来随着国家对畜牧业扶持力度的不断加大及支农惠农政策的落实,天津市畜禽规模养殖场相继发展起来,规模化养殖已成为促进农民增收的主流。但在发展的同时,畜禽养殖业所带来的环境问题也越来越严重。"十二五"期间,农村和农业首次被纳入主要污染物总量减排控制范围。因此,在分析天津市畜禽养殖业发展现状及造成环境污染原因的基础上,提出畜禽养殖业环境污染的防治对策,目的是使畜禽养殖和生态环境协调发展。In recent years,as the country continued to increase efforts to support livestock and implement policies to support and benefit agriculture,Tianjin scale livestock farms have been developed,large-scale farming has become the mainstream of increasing farmers＇ income. At the same time,the environmental problems are more serious. In ＂ Twelve Five＂ period,rural and agriculture first incorporated major pollutant emissions control. This paper analyzes the status quo in the development of livestock industry in Tianjin and environmental pollution caused by the reasons on the basis of proposed countermeasures livestock industry pollution,the purpose is to coordinate the development of livestock farming and eco-environment.
