5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合高频电离子治疗儿童尖锐湿疣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-ALA-PDT)联合高频电离子治疗儿童尖锐湿疣疗效和安全性。方法:将收治的40例尖锐湿疣患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组22例,先应用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼,1周后创面基本愈合后应用5-ALA-PDT治疗;对照组18例,采用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼。末次治疗后连续随访3个月。结果:观察结束时,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组复发率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:5-ALA-PDT联合高频电离子治疗儿童尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗手段,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of 5- aminolevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy（ 5- ALA- PDT）combined with high- frequency electrocautery in treatment of condyloma acuminata in children. Methods： Forty children with condyloma acuminata were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,22 children in treatment group were treated with high- frequency electrocautery and 5- ALA- PDT,while 18 children in control group were treated with high- frequency electrocautery. After the last treatment,the children in the two groups were followed up for three months. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; there was statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： 5- ALA- PDT combined with high- frequency electrocautery is a safe and effective method in treatment of condyloma acuminata in children,the recurrence rate is low,the method is worthy of clinical popularization.
