摘　　要：目的：研究地佐辛复合氟比洛芬酯镇痛方案对上腹部手术患者术后应激反应及血浆血栓素A2（TXA2）、血小板颗粒膜蛋白（GMP-140）含量的影响。方法：将2012年3月-2014年3月在我院接受上腹部手术的120例患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,观察组患者给予地佐辛复合氟比洛芬酯镇痛方案,对照组患者给予舒芬太尼镇痛方案,比较两组患者的氧化损伤、应激反应以及血小板活化情况。结果：（1）氧化应激损伤：观察组患者的皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、脂质过氧化物水平低于对照组,铜-锌超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量高于对照组（P〈0.05）;（2）血小板活化情况：观察组患者的TXA2、GMP-140含量低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：地佐辛复合氟比洛芬酯镇痛方案有助于缓解氧化应激反应、抑制血小板激活,是上腹部手术患者术后理想的镇痛方案。Objective.. To study the effect of dezocine combined with flurbiprofen analgesia regimens on postoperative stress reaction and TXA2, GMP-140 content of patients with upper abdominal operation. Methods： 120 cases of patients received upper abdominal operation in our hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. In observation group patients received dezocine combined with flurbiprofen analgesia scheme, control group received sufentanil analgesia regimens. Then oxidative injury, stress response and platelet activation of two group were compared. Re- suits= Cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, lipid peroxide levels of observation group were lower than those of control group, Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase levels were higher than those of control group. Platelet activation= plasma thromboxane A2（TXA2）, platelet granule membrane protein （GMP-140） of observation group were lower than those of con- trol group. Oonclusions： dezocine combined with flurbiprofen analgesia regimen is helpful to alleviate oxidative stress, inhibit platelet activation. It＇s an ideal analgesia scheme for patients with upper abdominal operation.
