摘 要:提出一种基于"电流矢量角"模型的LLC谐振变换器设计方法。依据此设计方法结合新能源中需要提升电压及数字化控制的要求,设计制造一台基于TMS320F28335平台的应用于微型风力发电系统的全数字升压型LLC样机,并通过实验验证这种全数字化LLC设计方法的正确性。For LLC resonant converter, design of the resonant tank influences much of the performance. In traditional design ideas, the transformer magnetizing inductance values are more dependent on engineering experience. In this paper, a model is constructed based on the proposed "current vector angle" theory by accurately calculating the LLC resonant converter in resonant frequency, Finally, based on this design methods combined with new energy requirements which need to upgrade the voltage, and digital control, I designed and manufactured a full digital step-up LLC prototype which used in micro-wind power generation system based on the TMS320F28335 platform, and this design method of LLC is verified by the experiment.
