摘 要:目的探索正念减压疗法对乳腺癌患者知觉压力及焦虑抑郁情况的干预效果。方法招募64例乳腺癌患者,分为干预组和对照组,每组32例。两组均进行常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上进行每周1次、共6次的正念减压训练。干预前后采用知觉压力量表(CPSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者进行测评,评估干预效果。结果最终干预组有效样本30例,对照组有效样本28例。6周正念减压干预后,干预组CPSS得分为(34.87±5.02)分、SAS得分为(43.27±4.11分)、SDS得分为(43.50±3.66)分,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论正念减压疗法能有效降低乳腺癌患者知觉压力水平,改善其焦虑抑郁情况。Objective To evaluate the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR) on perceived stress, anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients. Methods Sixty-four breast cancer patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the two groups received routine health education. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received MBSR once a week for 6 weeks. All patients were investigated using the Chinese Version Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating depression Scale (SDS) before and after the intervention. Results Thirty patients in the experimental group and 28 patients in the control group completed the scales. After the intercention,the scores of CPSS,SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significant lower than those in the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The results indicate that MBSR can effectively reduce the level of perceived stress ,anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients.
