手术室移动护理信息系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的通过医院信息系统、麻醉信息管理系统等系统平台,建立基于个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)的手术室移动护理信息系统,实现手术室移动信息管理及手术室内外数据共享,以规范护理行为、保障患者安全和提高工作效率。方法依据手术室管理规范、手术工作程序和内容,建立包括手术患者交接、手术核查、物品清点、手术医嘱、灭菌物品管理、专科护理和集成平台7个功能模块的手术室移动护理信息系统,护士可随时利用PDA对信息数据进行处理。结果通过手术室移动信息系统的建设和管理,规范了医嘱用药、术中物品清点,以及灭菌手术器械包动态管理和质量追溯。结论手术室移动信息系统的建立提高了工作效率,促进了手术室数字化建设和发展。Objective To design a mobile nursing information system in the operating room based on personal digital assistant（PDA） at the platforms as hospital information system（HIS） and anesthesia information management system（AIMS）,so as to realize the mobile information share between the operating room and other departments,and to standardize nurses＇ behavior,ensure patient safety and improve work efficiency. Methods According to the national technical criterion and operation procedures and contents,the mobile nursing information system was established synthesizing the transition process of patients,the operation verification of surgical doctors,anesthetist and nurses, objects counting,doctor＇s advice,dynamic management of sterilized articles,specialty nursing and tile integration plat- form. The nurses can process the data through PDA anytime. Results The mobile nursing information system stan- dardized the prescription,intraoperative checking,dynamic management and quality trace of sterilized surgical instru- ment set. Conclusion The application of mobile nursing information system can improve the work efficiency and promote the digitization of operating rooms.
