摘 要:目的探讨以积极心理学为基础的团体积极心理治疗对在校护生抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的作用。方法对长沙市3所护理本科院校76名在校护生,采用随机数字表法分为干预组(34名)和对照组(42名)。干预组接受8周团体积极心理治疗,在干预前、干预后、干预后第3个月、干预后第6个月,采用贝克抑郁量表第2版(BDI-Ⅱ)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表,对两组在校护生抑郁情绪和睡眠质量状况进行调查。结果重复测量方差分析显示,干预组护生抑郁情绪、睡眠质量的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后不同时间点干预组抑郁情绪、睡眠质量得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体积极心理治疗可显著减轻在校护生的抑郁情绪,改善其睡眠质量,并具有一定的长期效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of group positive psychotherapy on depression and sleep quality in undergraduate nursing students. Methods Seventy-six undergraduate nursing students from three universities in Changsha were randomly divided into two groups. The students in the experimental group(n=34) received 8-week group positive psychotherapy. All students were investigated using Beck Depression Inveutory-Ⅱ and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) at basic line and 0,3,6 months after intervention. Results Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the improvement of depression and sleep quality in the experimental group was superior than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Independent-samples t-test showed that the score of depression and sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at different times after intervention(P〈0.05). Conclusion Eight-week group positive psychotherapy can improve depression and sleep quality of undergraduate nursing students. This intervention also has a long-term impact.
