摘　　要：目的：研究肝性脑病患者的发病原因以及对肝性脑病患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院100例肝性脑病患者的发病原因，并且针对患者的发病原因对患者进行护理，并对护理结果进行分析。结果：100例肝性脑病患者经过针对诱导发病的因素进行护理后，除了肾功能不全其余均有所改善，护理前后差异具有统计学意义。结论：导致肝性脑病患者的发病原因多种多样，医护人员根据患者病因进行护理所达到的治疗效果很好。Objective： To study the etiology of patients with hepatic encephalopathy and nursing effect of patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods： choose 100 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy because the hair cause of disease, and according to the etiology of patients to nursing care of patients, and analyzed the nursing outcome. Results： 100 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy after for inducing the factors of nursing, in addition to the rest of renal insufficiency were improved, nursing before and after the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The patients with hepatic eneephalopathy caused by the hair cause of disease could be diverse, medical personnel according to the etiology of patients with care of treatment effect should be very good.
