胶样粟丘疹1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的分析胶样粟丘疹的临床特点。方法报告本院诊治的1例胶样粟丘疹,并回顾复习国内报道的35例类似病例。结果本例为51岁女性患者,农民,双侧手背淡黄色丘疹5年,累及面部3年,无自觉症状。皮损组织病理示:真皮上部可见大片均质性有裂隙、无定形的淡嗜酸性胶样物质沉积。诊断:胶样粟丘疹。36例胶样粟丘疹患者的平均发病年龄(44.09±9.72)岁,其中男14例,女22例,男女比例为7∶11。仅有2例(5.56%)有皮损发生在非曝光部位,余均发生于曝光部位,且有25例(69.44%)与过度日晒有关。结论胶样粟丘疹患者女性多于男性,本病与过度日光曝晒有密切关系。Objective To analyze the clinical features of colloid milium. Methods One case from our hospital and 35 cases reported in domestic documents was reviewed retrospectively. Results We reported a 51-year-old female who was a farmer presented with yellowish asymptomatic papules on the dorsal of the hands of 5-year duration and her face was involved for three years. Histologic exam revealed a sheet of deposition of pale eo- sinophilic amorphous material containing artifactual fissures in the upper dermis. Diagnosis colloid milium. Among all the cases from domestic documents with mean age of onset （44.09 ± 9.72 ） years, 14 were males and 22 were females and the ratio was 7：11. Only two of all cases （5.56%）with papules were not on sun-exposed skin, and 25 cases （69.44%） of all linked to excessive sun exposure. Conclusion Colloid milium occurs in the female more than in the male in our country and it has a close link to excessive sun exposure.
